“More Like a Fader” demo

I’m gonna keep this one quick because I’m on a quick vacation with the family. I’ll make it up to you by making sure I get another one out within the next few days.

I’m not sure if I’m allowed to share this kind of thing, but I figured it’s worth a shot. My old pal Blake Mills was the quarterback for everyone’s favorite music show - “Daisy Jones and the Six” - and he was kind enough to ask me to get involved. The two songs I helped write with him were Look Me In The Eye and Flip the Switch. They were started from old ideas I had sitting around. Of course my tunes were more suited for the fictional band that can’t quite get their shit together. Below the paywall the paid subscribers will find the demo I showed Blake that became Hit the Switch. It’s better than I remembered it. But like all things Blake is involved with, it got much better after he got in there. If I’m not allowed to share a demo of this song, let’s just call it a cover…
